DAY 1: Leadership & Professionalism
A focused day designed to strengthen leadership skills, professional practice, and confidence in your role.
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
DAY 2: General Session & Breakout Sessions
Day Two features a Keynote Session, four breakout sessions, and a working lunch, offering practical strategies and opportunities for deeper learning.
Registration: 7:30 – 8:00 AM
Welcome: 8:00 – 8:15 AM
Keynote: 8:15 – 9:15 AM
Breakout Session 1: 9:30 – 11:15 AM
Working Lunch: 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Breakout Session 2: 12:45 – 2:30 PM
Breakout Session 3: 2:45 – 4:30 PM

Hotel accommodations are limited and provided on a first come, first served basis. After registration closes, eligible participants will be contacted by their Family and Group Child Care Coach with next steps.
Hotel Eligibility
Hotel accommodations are available to registered TDHS licensed family and group child care professionals with active TNPAL accounts, including linked staff, who live more than 60 miles from the conference site.
