Did you know you can email registered training participants directly through the Learning Stream Instructor Portal?

Instructors can now easily share training updates, reminders, handouts, cancellations, and follow-up materials without creating separate email lists.

How It Works

1. Log in to the Learning Stream Instructor Portal using your assigned instructor account.
2. Locate your assigned training event on your dashboard.
3. Select the Email option from the event menu.
4. Choose whether to email all registrants or selected participants.
5. Add your subject line, compose your message, and include links to any materials you wish to share.
6. Review your message and recipients before sending.

Important Reminders

• Consider CC'ing yourself to receive a copy of the message.
• If you need to distribute files or attachments, you can also coordinate with your assigned Training and Registration Manager.
• Replies to emails sent through the Instructor Portal may not reach you directly. Always include your preferred contact information if participants need to respond.

This feature provides a convenient way to communicate important information before and after training, helping participants stay informed and prepared while streamlining instructor communication.

The templates have been approved by the Professional Development and Marketing teams. Please use the provided layouts and only edit the approved content areas. Fonts, colors, logos, backgrounds, and other branded design elements should not be altered.
