The CCR&R Social Media Request Form is now open for submissions for the October content calendar. Staff who would like content shared on regional CCR&R Facebook pages should submit their requests through the form on the Employee Portal.

Regional teams may submit posts for their region, and content area teams may submit region-specific or statewide content. Submitting early helps the Marketing team plan and schedule posts effectively.

The submission window for October content will close on September 25.

If you’re planning an event and would like a recap post but don’t yet have photos, you can still submit your request in advance. The Marketing team can follow up after your event to gather photos and finalize the post.

These backgrounds were created to give CCR&R staff a polished, consistent way to represent our network during virtual meetings, trainings, presentations, and conversations with partners across the state.

Choose your favorite design, download it, and add it to your preferred meeting platform using the quick instructions below.

How to Add Your Background in Microsoft Teams

1. Join or start a Teams meeting.
2. Select More from the meeting controls.
3. Choose Video effects and settings or Background effects.
4. Select Add new.
5. Upload your downloaded CCR&R background.
6. Select the background to apply it to your video.

Once uploaded, your background should remain available in Teams for future meetings.

How to Add Your Background in Zoom

1. Open Zoom and click your profile picture, then select Settings.
2. Select Background & effects.
3. Under Virtual Backgrounds, click the + icon.
4. Choose Add Image.
5. Upload your downloaded CCR&R background.
6. Select the image to apply it as your background.

Once added, you can easily select your CCR&R background for future Zoom meetings.
