About Our Services:

The Upper Cumberland Child Care Resource and Referral is committed to improving the quality of life for children through support and training of childcare providers and collaboration with families, community, and professional organizations, services, and resources.

Our staff offers childcare providers in the Upper Cumberland area the following services:

TN-CCPT workshops:

These workshops typically offer two hours of training that have been approved by the Tennessee DHS.

 On-site Consultations:

Our Specialists can arrange to come to your child care if you are having any problems or concerns for which you would like their help. Please keep in mind that we provide services to more than 450 providers; if you would give us as much advance notice as possible, we would very much appreciate it.

Lending Library:

The UC-CCR&R has an extensive lending library of teacher's books, children's books, videos, CDs, and many prop boxes of toys and educational materials that can be checked out by providers in our region. We make every effort to provide the lending library to each county on an every-other-month schedule.

Upper Cumberland CCR&R is here to ensure that  children in the Upper Cumberland  area receive the best possible care when they are outside of their homes or schools.
